Connor Burns of Southern Boone MO will return Thursday to the HOKA Festival of Miles at St. Louis University High, where last year he made history by becoming the first 11th-grader to run a sub-four mile in the U.S. since Jim Ryun. Burns joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss this week's race, which is made up of a high-school only field and will be paced by Erik Sowinski.
